Meeting Notice

Board of Directors meetings are scheduled to take place at 6 PM on the second Tuesday of every month.
Meeting location is 60 Shore Line Drive unless otherwise noted.

Any Agenda items for the Board’s consideration must be sent to the Board Secretary by the Friday before the next Board meeting to be considered at that board meeting.

Homeowners wishing to attend are asked to notify the Board Secretary of their intention, along with any item(s) they wish to discuss, before the meeting.
Roberts Rules of Order shall govern the conduct of the meeting.
